Was shopping around for a hot tub and the price, quality, and customer service was excellent at Tri State Pools and Spas. All of my questions were answered and they even gave me a tutorial on how to operate and maintain the spa. It was delivered and setup very professionally. When I encountered an issue after it was wired up by my electrician. They came immediately to my house and found the problem. It turned out to be a problem with the work my electrician had done. They corrected it for me and the spa works excellent. Can’t say enough good things about my experience with TriState Pools and Spas. They took excellent care of me and the price was unbeatable.
