"I have had a great hot tub purchase experience with Tri-State. My salesman was Trevor, he thoroughly went over each hot tub and answered all of my questions. He really made it easy to pick the perfect hot tub for me. During delivery a piece was cracked and Trevor took care of it quickly by replacing it with a new piece. Since my purchase I have spoken to Tyler, as well as a few ladies, about maintenance and chemicals (they do free water testing) and they have been very nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a hot tub or maintenance."
